キャンセルポリシー

✓ 100% refundable until 7 days (by 4pm K.S.T.) prior to travel date.
✓ 50% refundable until 3 days (by 4pm K.S.T.) prior to travel date.
✓ Not refundable after 4pm of 3 days prior to travel date.

遅れた場合

It is deemed as a cancellation on departure date and unused tickets are non-refundable.

悪天候の際

The tour operator reserves the right to cancel the tour in the event of bad weather. In such cases, you will receive a full refund.
