[From Seoul to Nami]

[From Nami to Seoul]
(Before May 1)

Look for the bus sign. The bus will be at the Parking Lot in front of the sign.  
*You need at least 20-30 minutes for the ferry ride out of Nami Island.

(From May 1 - Oct 31)
04:00 PM Nami Island => Insadong
05:00 PM Nami Island => Namdaemun

Booking Process

Step 1: Choose date, option, meeting point, number of people, and then complete payment.

Step 2: Check your Email Voucher.

Step 3: Meet the tour staff and show your Email Voucher.

✓ If you are bringing any extra luggage such as a baby stroller or wheelchair, Please inform the tour operator after booking. (Contact number will be in your voucher.)
✓ You will receive an email confirmation at least 3-4 days before your visitation date.
✓ This product includes a service fee. The tickets will be cheaper if you purchase them directly on-site.

✓ Schedule changes for specific dates listed in the "Meeting Location" section. If you have booked months in advance, please check with us if your voucher contains the correct boarding time.

Cancellation Policy

✓ 100% refundable until 7 days (by 4pm K.S.T.) prior to travel date.
✓ 50% refundable until 3 days (by 4pm K.S.T.) prior to travel date.
✓ Not refundable after 4pm of 3 days prior to travel date.

Late

Note that the bus leaves strictly on time. If you miss the bus, it will be considered as a no-show and tickets are non-refundable. You would have to make your way to Nami Island yourself but you can still catch the return bus back to Seoul. If you miss the return bus to Seoul, you would have to find your own transportation back.

Bad weather

The ferry service to Nami Island may be cancelled without prior notice in the event of natural disasters(Heavy rains, storms, or other hazardous circumstances). In such an event, the bus fare will be refunded.
